Obituary of Olga J. (Rebec) Williams

Olga J. (Rebec) Williams, 100, passed away on August 6, 2023. Born in Syracuse, NY, she worked at the Amos Coal Company and the South Side News. She was most proud of her family and the 40 yrs she served as a volunteer/chairperson for the Diagnostic Center at Upstate Community Hospital. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and enjoying the meals she prepared with love. The memories she created are too many to count, but her singing will be one of our fondest. 
 

She touched everyone she knew with her warmth, love, and humor. How lucky we were to have had her in our lives for so long.

She will be missed beyond words. 
 

Olga was predeceased by her husband, of 61 years, Earl Williams; siblings: Emil, Rudolph, Frank and Estelle Rebec; and her son Anthony Williams. 
 

She is survived by sons, Karl, Richard (Gosia), Timothy (Karen), Christopher (Felicia); daughters, Patricia (Fred) Wright, Nancy (Robert) Piscitell; and 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
