Obituary of Nona D. Brockway

Nona D. Brockway, 93, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2018 at Loretto Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence; son, James (Sandy); brothers, Robert, Marvin, Clarence; and her sister, Helen.

Survived by her children, Lynda Karaffa (Ray), Gary Brockway, Phyllis Langer (Robert), Judy Tyo (Fran), Bruce Brockway (Pam), David Brockway (Ronda), Diane Moore (Gary), Susan Brockway Fowler and Scott Brockway. Nona is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and her beloved brother, Clark Duquette (Gwen).

Services will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018. at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse with a calling hour from 9 to 10 a.m. followed by a short service at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
