Obituary of Judith Welch Williams
Judith Welch Williams, 80, of Jamesville NY, passed away at her home on June 2, 2021.
Judy was a lifelong resident of Syracuse. She graduated from Central High School in 1958, and then from Syracuse University in 1962. Judy is predeceased by her parents John T. And Margaret L. Welch, both of Syracuse. She is survived by her husband John, her son John, Jr, his wife Mary Anne, and grandchildren Owen and Victoria of Garden City, NY.
