Obituary of Joyce Marie Picciano

Joyce Marie Picciano , 70 , of Syracuse , New York passed away August 18, 2017 Joyce was a life long resident of the Valley, a graduate of St. Anthony of Padua in 1964 and proudly served her country as a radio operator in the US Army.She was employed by Pass and Seymore. She is survived by her partner Rita Tiger, a brother Paul (Jackie) Picciano and several nieces and nephews. A calling hour will be held at Saint Agatha's Catholic Church 329 N.
