Obituary of Etta R. Beard

Etta R. Beard, 85, of Syracuse, NY, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2013 in her home. Born in Boston, Georgia, Mrs. Beard was a renowned teacher, retired from the Syracuse City School District. She was predeceased in 1972 by her husband, William R. Beard. She is survived by her niece, Saundra (William) Frommer of Freeport, NY. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, January 8, at A.
