Obituary of Patrick M. Clements

Patrick M. Clements, 44, died Monday. Surviving are his wife, Kristine; sons, Jamie, Michael and Sean; parents, Brenda and Randy Ladd; brothers, Nicholas, Randy and Keith; sisters, Melissa, Kelly and Kimberly. Calling hours will be held Friday, 2 to 4 p.m. at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Homes & Cremation Services with a funeral service to immediately follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
