Obituary of Gary Howard Phillips

Gary Howard Phillips March 16, 1944 - December 15, 2012 Gary H. Phillips, 68, of the Town of Onondaga, New York, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012 at his home. Born in Buffalo, New York on March 16, 1944, Gary was an accomplished artist (potter). He graduated from Valley High School in Syracuse, New York and received his Master's degree from Empire State College. He was predeceased by his parents, Elsie and Charles Phillips. He is survived by his two children, Jill Marie Clark (Joe May) and Scott Phillips both of Syracuse, New York; one sister, Allison (Lee) Phillips; his former wife and friend, Mary C. Phillips; as well as six grandchildren, Connor Clark, Zachery Phillips, Alexis May, Dallas Phillips, Owen Gary May and special buddy and grandson, Maxwell May. Services will be private.
