Obituary of Frank P. Lorusso

Frank P. Lorusso September 10, 1928 - July 14, 2012 Frank P. Lorusso, 83, of Syracuse passed away Saturday. Frank was a lifelong resident of Syracuse and was a graduate of North High School. He was retired from the US Postal Service as a window clerk. Frank was a US Navy veteran of the Korean War. Surviving are his wife, Kay; three children, David (Gil Valez) Burden of New York City, Kathleen (James) Hernandez of Syracuse and Stephanie (John) Steele of Baltimore, MD; four grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and in-laws. Services will be private and interment will be in the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery. At his request, his body was donated to SUNY Medical in hopes of helping others with Parkinson's Disease. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Parkinson Disease Center.
