Obituary of Joe L. Powell

Joe L. Powell, 68, died Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at home. Survived by his wife of 46 years, Diane Powell; daughters, Jacqueline N. (Cameron) Hall and Melinda A. Powell; four grandchildren. A calling hour will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016 from 11 a.m. to noon at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, New York 13205 with a service to follow at noon at the funeral home.
