Obituary of McKinley Pringle

McKinley Pringle Sr. February 27, 1969 - October 20, 2012 McKinley Pringle, 43 years old, of Syracuse, New York, ended his struggle and decided to render his soul to go home and be with the Lord on October 20, 2012 at St. Joseph's Hospital. McKinley was preceded in death by his loved ones: grandparents, Jack Jones Jr., David Pringle and Lillian Pringle; father, Theodore Pringle Sr.; son, Kyheem Pringle; and several other family members. Surviving to cherish his memory: mother, Ella (Ricky) Wyckoff; grandmother, Matilda Jones; companion of 18 years, Davora Hundley; brothers, Theodore Pringle, Timothy Pringle and Gerrod Pringle; sisters, Tonya Pringle, Rochella Pringle and Remona Godbolt; children, Anthony, Kendale, McKinley Jr., Keyon, Keondra and Kyjwuan; stepchildren, Roosevelt Mitchell, De'Quan Thomas, Antwuan Mitchell and Demarris Williams; a host of grandkids, family and friends. McKinley was born on February 27, 1969 in Sanford, Florida, shortly afterward was relocated to Syracuse, New York. He attended Syracuse public schools and was employed at Danzer's Restaurant. As a child, he was a member of Mt. Carmel Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Kenny was a person with a great sense of humor. He knew how to bring laughter to a crowd, deliver music to one's ear. He loved to be around his family and friends. He was a giving person; if he had it, he would help out. He was a proud, loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. Kent, we will join someday. You will always be in our hearts. Love you. See you when we get there! An hour of calling will be held from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at Mt. Carmel Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 140 Furman Street, Syracuse, NY 13205. A funeral service will follow promptly at noon.
