Edward Charles Manaseri, 59, died Saturday, August 17, 2013. He was an Army veteran. Edward is survived by a niece, Charla Crossway. Burial with military honors will be Friday, 11:00 a.m. in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 4069 Howlett Hill Road, Syracuse, New York.
