Obituary of Francis J. Cammuso

Francis J. Cammuso February 27, 1932 - March 19, 2014 Francis Joseph Cammuso, 82, formerly of Baldwinsville, passed away Wednesday, March 19, at James Square Health and Rehabilitation Centre in Syracuse. Born in Seneca Falls, he graduated from high school at Mynderse Academy. He served as Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve for 40 years. He retired in 1989 from the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 545. Survived by his sister, Marie Fisher of Owings, MD; his favorite son, Francis V. Cammuso (Ngoc Huynh) of Syracuse; four daughters, Joann Rose of Florida, Nancy Iacovelli of Ithaca, Kathleen Leonardo of Ithaca and Janette Smith of Michigan; and seven grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife, Athaleen Rose (Johnson), his brother Rev. Henry Dinicco and his parents Vincent and Julia Cammuso. No services or calling hours. A celebration of his life and burial will take place at the convenience of the family at St. Columbkille Cemetery in Seneca Falls.
