Obituary of Thomas A. Metz

Thomas A. Metz September 29, 1955 - July 22, 2013 Thomas A. Metz, 57, of the Town of Van Buren, passed away Monday at his home, with his family by his side. Born September 29, 1955, in Syracuse, he was formerly employed with Marsellus Casket Co. Tom is survived by his son, TJ Metz; two daughters, Nicole Metz and Megan Metz; his ex-wife, Brenda Foote; two brothers, Ronald (Donna) Metz and Eric (Sue) Metz; one sister, Lisa Ostuni; and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Herman and Ella Metz. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday (tonight) at Thunderbird Lanes in Baldwinsville from 5:30 - 8:00 pm. Donations in his memory may be made to Hospice of CNY.
