Obituary of Carrie L. Lee-Clanton

Carrie "Teenie" L. Lee-Clanton 68, passed away on March 8, 2014 at her home peacefully. Leaving behind to cherish her memory, one son Marty Clanton and one daughter Marsha (Sinclair), one brother Ralph Lee, Jr, one sister Ruby N. Lee one daughter in law Penthea Clanton all of Syracuse. 8 grandchildren, Alexis (Shaun) of London, England , Khalil of Atlanta, GA, Penthea, Martrisa, Shakir, Marty Jr., Shakir and Dejuan Jr., one great-grand-daughter Gabrielle and one grand-dog Kittie, all of Syracuse. Carrie is preceded by her loving parents Ralph Sr., and Goldie Lee, 2 brothers Bobby Joe and Michael Lee, sister Leslie J. Lee and nephew Taylon D. Williams. Teenie was born May 10, 1945 in Conway, AR. and lived in Syracuse most of her life. She was employed at Crucible Steel for 30 years before she retired in 2007. Teenie enjoyed bingo and playing cards with her card buddies. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a God-fearing, beautiful , sweet yet stern and stubborn, loving, funny and generous woman that will be deeply missed by those that knew her and graced upon her presence. A host of nieces and nephews including two special nieces, Carrie and Shikela Giles, a host of friends including her sisters through Christ Patricia Gomez and Patricia Williams.
