Obituary of Robert L. Brigman

Robert L. Brigman, Sr., 86, of Syracuse, New York died Thursday, April 7, 2016 at home following a long courageous battle with cancer. Bob retired from Crouse Hinds after many years in the manufacturing department. Mr. Brigman was a US Army veteran serving in the Korean Conflict. Surviving are his wife of 64 years the former, Hattie Fields; sons, Robert, Jr. and Anthony "Bashir" Brigman; daughters, Gloria J. Brigman-Bonaporte and Robin Brigman-Marshall; sister, Shirley Hayes; 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be from 11 am to 12 pm on Thursday, April 14, 2016 with services to follow immediately at A. DeWitt Memorial Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 4612 South Salina Street, Syracuse, New York. Burial will be in the Onondaga County Veterans memorial Cemetery.
