Obituary of Karl L. Stacey, Jr.

Karl L. Stacey, Jr., 71, of Syracuse, passed away on March 20, 2022. He was employed as a carpet installer for over 30 years, and enjoyed cookouts and old cars.

He is predeceased by: his wife, Mary P. Stacey, daughter, Katrina M. Dodrill, and grandson, Joseph G. Stacey, Sr.. Karl leaves to mourn his passing: daughter, Karla J. Stacey (Dennis) Rice; sons, Karl L. (Laura) Stacey III, Greg E. Lovaris; grandchildren: Jaquobb L. Stacey, Sr., Michael J. Wade, Sr., Mercedes J. Dodrill, Mary E. Stacey; several great grandchildren. nieces and nephews; as well as sisters, Karleen, Donna, and Debra.

Karl was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 28 from 11 am to 1 pm, at A Dewitt Memorial Funeral Home, Syracuse. A funeral service will follow at 1 pm. Burial will take place at Assumption Cemetery.
