Obituary of William H. Platt

William H. "Billy" Platt, 58, of Pompey, NY, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015. Billy was a real survivor and an independent person who touched the hearts of all he knew. He will be greatly missed by all. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Doris Platt; brothers, Donald and Frank Platt. Billy is survived by his sisters, Diane Isbell, Verda Campbell, Wilma Naylor, Mable Shaffer, Nancy Platt; brother, John Platt; several nieces and nephews.
