Obituary of Janine M. Rommevaux

Janine M. Rommevaux, 93, of Fayetteville and previously of LaFayette, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023 with her loving children at her side. She enjoyed camping with her children primarily at Rainbow Shores on Lake Ontario.  Janine loved spending time with family.

She is predeceased by her husband, Guy; daughter, Maguy Thousand; and grandson, Michael Burden.

Janine is survived by her children, Joel (Carol) Rommevaux, Dominick (Cindy) Rommevaux, Patrick (Wanda) Rommevaux and Cherry (Ronald) Lail; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Calling Hour will be Monday, Feb. 27, 2023 from 10-11AM at Holy Cross Church, 4112 E. Genesee St., Syracuse, NY.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM.  Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt, NY.
