Obituary of Alvina P. Grant

Alvina P. Grant, 49, of Syracuse, NY departed this life on 11/6/2022 at Upstate Hospital.  Alvina leaves to Cherish her memory her companion, Michael Hudson; three children, Jimmy Hill, Rachel Wright and Isaiah Grant; four grandchildren; seven siblings, Pamela Cook, Robert (Valerie) Horton Jr, Troy (Maritza) Horton, Matthew (Blossom) Horton, Alicia Johnson, Octavia Horton and Anastasia Simmons; and a host of nieces and nephews, whom she loved.    Alvina is predeceased by her parents, Mary A. Rufus, Michael Grant and a sister, Linda Horton-Wheat.  Alvina will always be remembered for her funny jokes and the love she had for her family.  Alvina will be truly missed by all those who was in her life.
Memorial Services will be Monday, November 21, 2022, 11AM at God's Temple of Faith Ministries, 1501 South Avenue, Syracuse, New York.
