I met Karl for the first time in the ICU waiting room. As you can imagine, it was a very stressful and upsetting time for both of us but he managed to make the time more bearable by telling stories and trying to lighten things up. His smile and laughter will always be remembered. My deepest sympathies go out to all his family and friends. Cherish your memories until you are together again. Rest In Peace Karl.

I will think of Karl as the chatty, happy, loyal friend he was to so many. He was always happy to see you and he loved to share a story or two!
