Obituary of John E. Burgess

John E. Burgess January 29, 1964 - January 12, 2013 John E. Burgess, 48, of Syracuse, New York passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2013 to join his parents, Norman and Kathleen, in Heaven. He enjoyed camping, fishing, biking, and hiking. At the center of John's being, family was first. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Barbara (Parry) Burgess; two sons, John and Nathan Burgess; brothers, Mark, Joe, Jimmy, Rick, Bob, and Billy Burgess; sisters Linda and Denise; and one granddaughter, Julianna. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 3 p.m., with calling hours from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, New York 13205.
