I have so many memories of you. Jessica loved you so much and you always had jokes to share. You were so kind hearted and I always ran into you at the library near westcott. It breaks my heart to know you are gone. You will be missed by so many people. Your family is my other family. I wished I lived near so I could help kay with more things. I love you all so incredibly much. RIP HARRY

Dear Kay, my condolences to you. Last time I saw Harry was at the library. It was a nice day and we talked for a while out on the bench His concern for others was always at the center of his work when we met at TLS. People that worked closely with him missed and loved him. Then it was nice to be neighbors. When Jessica was in school with Georgia for a few years and they enjoyed playing together. We connected with Harry before and after after play dates. He always had an interesting story and insight. His laugh and heart.. unforgettable. Take care of yourself. Peace and Love to you. Kathleen and Georgia Crinnin and Jim Taylor.

Harry will be missed so very much. He was one of our favorite people to chat with during walks and absolutely a favorite guest at neighborhood political meet and greets. Kind, humorous, witty, and smart, Harry always gave us something to think about. How fitting that one of the last times we got to chat with him was when we brought him the surplus of iris buds we had — months earlier he mentioned how much he thought his wife would like to have the same type of iris in their yard. Kay, Harry was a gem. We are so sorry for your loss...we will think of him each time our irises bloom.

Sorry to hear about Harry, Our hearts and prayers go out to Harry's family. He was a great friend when we knew him working at Ollies Bargain Outlet in Dewitt. He told jokes when he was working there and when he wasn't. It was always good to see Harry. Not many knew Harry at the store, just mainly me and Rik the store Manager. Harry was a funny guy. He will not be forgotten..He will be telling jokes in Heaven and making everyone laugh ..Harry will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Kay, Polly, Diane, Jeannette, and family,
Michael and I send our heartfelt deepest sympathy in your loss of Harry.
Although we only saw him a limited number of times over the past 27 years, so many wonderful stories of Harry & your love for him have been shared with us, and he seemed to have been a larger than life, caring, compassionate, fun loving man.
The "Southern Cross" seems like a fitting verse for Harry.
Much love to you all, keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

I have such fond memories of my Fellows Avenue years. My boys grew up with Jessica, and the three of them spent many hours in our next door backyards playing, laughing, and building their childhoods. Sending love, comfort, and peace, Kay. Rest easy, Harry. You were a bright light and one of the kindest men I've ever met.

I was so sorry to hear this news. We lived next door to Harry, Kay and Jessica when my boys were growing up. He was good to them, patient and amused by them. Watering his plants was like mediation to Harry, and when it got dark we'd sit on the front or back porch at his house and talk about politics or music. He always knew way more than I did. Harry felt the world, the good and the bad, and it hit home. He was kind, thoughtful, funny, and loved his daughter and wife very much. We fell out of touch when I moved out of Syracuse, but I came back once, exhausted, a dire wolf, and fell asleep in a chair on the front porch when he went in for something. I woke to darkness: someone had taped my entire face with electrical tape and it didn't wake me. Harry didn't do the taping, but I bet he was behind it -- an accessory to the crime. I miss him and the good, warm, everyday time we spent raising kids next door to each other and telling stories about crazy things we did when we were kids ourselves. I couldn't have asked for a better neighbor or friend.
