Williams 33 of Syracuse NY passed away January 21, 2021 he was pre-deceased by his father Jerome Bell he is survived by his mother Edith two sisters Clarissa King and Latoya Williams. Twin brother Jamal  and a girlfriend  Tonya  Kimaya Burke(Stepdaughter).
