Rosalie Frazier, age 63, passed away on January 14th, 2021. She was a life-long resident of Syracuse, NY. Rosalie was survived by her children, Manuel (Sonia) Morales, Santos Morales, Deanna Martinez, India Torres, 15 plus grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Her sisters Robin Durkin-Ingles, Kelly Vickery, brothers James Durkin, Michael Durkin, James Emm, Terry Giblin and Lawrence Stimpson. Rosalie was a friend to many and a mother to all. She was a simple woman who loved passing time with her family. She loved giving back to the community and helping others. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life. Through her various positions such as, a daycare Teacher, nurses aid and Wegmans employee, she was able to lift the community with her positive spirit and caring nature. To know her was to love her. Forgetting you never!

Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing from 1-3pm on January 19th at Dewitt Memorial Funeral Home on 4612 South Salina Street. A service will follow at 3pm.
