Obituary of Bobby Ray Watts
Bobby R. Watts, 63, of Syracuse, passed away on March 6, 2020. He was born in 1957 in Kentucky, to Henry and Mary (Ford) Watts. Bobby spent many years as a horse trainer in the equine industry; which is how he met his longtime partner, Denise. Together they raised their family, and lived several years in Syracuse, New York.
