Cira Silvia M. Barnett, 83 of Manlius, New York passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020. She was born on October 1, 1936 in Guatemala.
Cira Silvia is survived by two sons, Charles B. (Kim-Denise) Barnett III and John G. (Leslie) Barnett; also two Grand Children, Charles B. Barnett IV and Mary Katherine Barnett.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Charles B. Barnett Jr. on Sunday, January 19, 2020.
Services will be private.
